Second, planning for sustainability using D.I.O.R. programmatic approaches and strategies with a long-term program maintenance.

Green Health Program Design should address it all from Health Products to Health Services and everything else in between including the linkage of this ecosystem to the environment, where e.g. 8-25% Green House Gases (GHG) emissions comes from the health sector. Upgrade &/or pushing the LEED envelopes of the existing healthcare infrastructure and improving its cholesterol level, etc.
